Unless we are waiting on a part, we promise a 3 day or less turn around on most repairs, no matter what time of year. If your bicycle is not finished on time, you will get 10% off the entire service bill, parts included. A comprehensive list of services, guaranteed completion times, and prices can be found here.

For our customers with the skills to work on their own bicycles, we provide a free work station. It is stocked with all the basic tools needed to do most minor jobs. We just don't think it is right to charge someone to adjust a derailleur or fix a flat tire if they are more than capable themselves.
